Our standard service bags hold up to 12kg of laundry. For Bed & Bath service, there's a limit of 15 items per bag, with extra items charged at AED 8 per piece. For Clean & Press, Wash & Fold, and Press Only services, you can fit as many items as possible within the 12kg weight limit.

Our basic package includes cleaning, polishing, leather conditioning, odour removal, sanitization, and shoelace cleaning. We use specialized techniques and products to ensure your shoes look their best.

For Wash & Fold bags, you can mix any items suitable for 40°C washing. However, for Bed & Bath bags, please only include home linens, bedding, and towels. Non-Bed & Bath items in these bags will be charged as Clean & Press items. Clean & Press and Press Only services are priced per item, so you can include different types of items in the same order.

Wash & Fold is our basic service that includes machine washing at 40°C and machine drying, with items delivered folded. Clean & Press is our premium service that includes dry cleaning, hand washing, Natural AirDry® drying, professional steam pressing, and your choice of packaging. Clean & Press is priced per item, while Wash & Fold is a fixed price per bag.

Yes! We offer convenient pickup and delivery service throughout our service areas. Simply schedule your pickup online or through our app, and we'll collect your items, clean them professionally, and deliver them back to your doorstep at your preferred time. Pickup and delivery are included in our service prices.
